Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order for "Prisoner of ICE":
- You are reserving a copy of the book at the stated price
- Your payment will be processed at the time of pre-order
- The book will be shipped when it becomes available (estimated Spring 2026)
- Shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change
- You will receive email updates about your order status
Refunds & Cancellations
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase:
- Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the book ships
- Once shipped, standard return policies apply
- Refund requests can be made by contacting us at hello@prisonerofice.com
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
